Re: Clubs and Season pass unavailable

I just bought the FC26 season pass last night and today morning i woke up to my season pass not available and this is the error message” The season pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass" how do i fix this

    Same here. I do have another account and that season is fine where as this account where I’ve purchased premium is not working with the same error code as mentioned above.

    interestingly webapp seems to work but seemingly no progress was made during my weekend league of 15 matches!

    The same thing has happened to me. Also on PS5 and I keep getting the message "The Season Pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progress towards your Season Pass". I am able to access Ultimate Team with no issues but I cannot access Clubs. This seems to have started today.

    I can't access new season pass since it came 2days ago , for now try companion app

    On the companion app its working perfectly but then it’s useless because even if you play the games on your console they don’t get registered on as completed objectives and also you don't get to see the new objectives

    I reported this issue and apparently the EA team has been aware of this for the past 2 days at least.

    I’ve been having the same issue for the last 2-3 days on Xbox Series X. Talked to someone from the EA support team and have been told they’re working on a fix. Fingers crossed it’s coming soon.

    Nope and they just came back with some generic response and marked as resolved so I deleted it. 
    This is so frustrating - literally can’t progress the season pass at all and spent money on it!

    Are ea actually doing anything to resolve this issue so they see these comments on here and act on them of not what's the best way to complain to the. Thanks

    Disabling 2FA really works. Had the same issue, checked this post, tested and ALL GOOD !

    I'd exact the same problem in FC26 on PS5. I followed your suggestion and disabled 2FA, and now I have access to the season pass services again. Thanks 🙂

    Remove 2FA on ea account! Mine worked now I can access my season objectives from the console ps5 pro

    It does, but if you also use the app and get logged out of it, the only way to get back in is by enabling 2FA, which then means you can't see the Season Ladder when you go back on the console 🤣
