Training camp EVO problem

I used last night's Welsh Training camp EVO on my gold common Allan Saint-Maximin and claimed all levels. However, when I want to play with him the game just keeps disconnecting me and returning me to Main menu. What should I do? I don't have any issues when I change him for a different player from the club. I play on PS5.
