File a complaint

Good morning. I want to file a complaint about something that happened to me yesterday in the UT Cup tournament. The cheating and injustice I experienced was that I waited for my opponent to arrive within the allotted five minutes. The time passed, and my opponent didn't appear. This meant I should have advanced to the next round, but the unexpected happened, and my opponent advanced. This is unfair and cheating, and it's not the first time; it's the fifth time. The most recent incident occurred yesterday in the UT Cup tournament at 9:00 PM. I am demanding compensation of 2500 points for the tournaments I lost.
