Season pass unavailable

The Season Pass is unavailable. When I try to access the Season Pass, the following message appears: "The Season Pass service is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards you Season Pass".I would like to know how to fix this problem

    I quit the game waited for several minutes then rebooted. It's working now.

    I've also tried it a few times and still not working
