I have an Xbox and a PS5 associated to the same EA account. Whenever I try to log into the PS5 on Ultimate team, it says that it can't connect right now...Everything else works fine. On xbox, I can connect without any problem. I tried vlearing cache, restarting, nothing works. I really want acces to Ultimate Team on my PS5, everything else works except Ultimate Team. Please help me, I am desperate.
I also have this problem started for me as main menuing me every time I finished a gauntlet game win or loss and I got DCd in one game now I have this problem apparently if you go on the companion app delete all your saved squads and make a new one with nobody in as your new active squad it lets you back in but I am yet to try
Having this issue too. Was only happening in gauntlet and now I cannot get into Ultimate Team at all. Because I’m still connected to Ultimate Team on my PS5, it doesn’t even let me into the companion app to remove squads. Did this end up working for anyone? Unsure how I can get into the companion app now.
