Seasons other player quits and game doesnt count

I am litrally at my wits end with this. Every time i start winning against another player in seasons he outright quits by either ending the game in the menu or by turning his console stright off ( He doesnt pause the game and quit that way) And the game doesn't count and i dont get the win like you should do. 

Its happening nearly every other game. 

Please EA help me with this, I cant seem to open a chat with them
