Server Disconnection Issue During Winter Cards Tournament Final
Dear EA Sports Support Team,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding a serious issue I experienced during the Winter Cards Tournament in FIFA.
I successfully qualified for the final of the Winter Cards Tournament after completing all the required matches. However, during the very last match (the final), I was unexpectedly disconnected due to a server issue. The disconnection happened at the beginning of the match, not in the middle or at the end.
I would like to clearly state that my internet connection was stable and working perfectly at the time. I had no connection problems before or after the match, which strongly indicates that the issue was caused by EA servers and not on my side.
After reconnecting and logging back into the game, I was surprised to find that the tournament progress had been completely reset, as if I had never qualified for the final at all. All my effort and progress were lost despite the disconnection being out of my control.
This situation is extremely frustrating, especially considering the time, effort, and competitive focus required to reach the final stage of such a tournament. It feels unfair to be penalized for a technical issue caused by server instability.
I kindly request that this issue be reviewed carefully. I would greatly appreciate one of the following resolutions:
- Restoring my progress and allowing me to play the final match again, or
- Granting the final rewards of the Winter Cards Tournament, or
- Providing a fair compensation equivalent to the rewards I missed due to this issue.
I have always enjoyed playing FIFA and participating in EA competitions, but experiences like this negatively impact player trust and enjoyment. I hope this matter can be resolved fairly.
