Hi everyone, I have a problem with my server region in EA SPORTS FC 26. It changed automatically from Middle East to Eastern Europe without any action from my side. I'm playing on PS4 and the ping is very high now. I already contacted EA Help via email and Twitter but no response yet after 12+ hours. Has anyone experienced this issue before? How can I fix it? this is most probably due to war, because EA servers are located in Bahrain and Dubai, so i dont think it will be resolved before the war ends, me and 7 of my friends already left the game because we have +80 ping on Europe servers.

I am writing to report a serious and ongoing issue with the Middle East servers in EA Sports FC.
The connection quality has become extremely poor, with very high ping and constant lag. In many cases, I am being connected to European servers instead of Middle East servers, which makes the game almost unplayable.
This issue has completely ruined my experience, and honestly, I am starting to lose interest in the game because of it. This is the first time I see such a major server problem not being fixed quickly.
I have already tried all possible solutions from my side (internet check, router restart, DNS changes), but nothing has improved the situation.
Please take this issue seriously and fix the Middle East servers as soon as possible. I really enjoy the game, but I cannot continue playing under these conditions.

my ping was 32-40
now I suffer from ping in fc 26 it’s now 120

i’m from Amman, Jordan. for the past few days i’ve been experiencing rerouting to european servers instead of middle eastern servers with every match i enter. no matter what i try, its never fixed. my ping is now constantly 30-40ms higher in all games.
I have been having the seem issue im facing players from Europe if though i live in jordan and my ping is 70 plus i used to have 28
EA cannot and will not acknowledge the fact that their infrastructures were damaged during the current conflict in the middle east. Shame.
