Hi everyone, I have a problem with my server region in EA SPORTS FC 26. It changed automatically from Middle East to Eastern Europe without any action from my side. I'm playing on PS4 and the ping is very high now. I already contacted EA Help via email and Twitter but no response yet after 12+ hours. Has anyone experienced this issue before? How can I fix it? Thank you.
Did you guys did something with servers to save money? Please stop making this game now, was playing at 36-42 ping last week, this week what magic you guys have done to make it above 78 ping

Unfortunately you wont be able to change that.
The issue is from EA side, basically they moved their servers from Bahrain/Dubai AWS servers to Egypt, then suddenly to Turkey due to the ongoing war situation.
Hence why you've been seeing a lot of Besiktas teams with Arda Gulers.
I went up from 32 to 70 and on good days to 58 on Orange, so its not from your side.
The issue is from EA side, basically they moved their connections from Bahrain/Dubai AWS serves to Egypt, then suddenly to Turkey.

Its impacting all EA services, but you only notice it in Ultimate team due to game mechanics being processed online rather than offline.
For instance in BF6 you wont notice any jitters micro disconnections, however if you look at the ping its high as well.

I am experiencing a sudden and consistent high ping issue in FC 26 Ultimate Team. My ping increased from 26 ms to 66 ms without any changes to my setup or network.
Platform: PS5
Connection: Wired (LAN)
Internet Speed: 1000 Mbps
ISP: Zain Jordan
The connection is stable in all other services and games. This issue appears to be specific to EA servers, which strongly indicates a routing or server allocation problem.
Please investigate whether my connection is being routed to incorrect or distant servers instead of Middle East servers. I kindly request this case to be escalated to the network team for detailed analysis.
This issue is significantly affecting gameplay, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.

when ever i want to play with my friends in the middle east sever it doesn't work and it only search's and then it says it didn't find anything
I am one of the affected players from Egypt (ISP: Link Egypt/Orange). As shown in my connection report, I am being forced into EU servers with 110ms+ ping and packet loss, even though I'm on a wired Ethernet connection. Please prioritize the routing fix for the North Africa/Middle East region.
I am also suffering from same problem and it is very annoying. I used to play on 46-50 ms on middle east and now it’s never lower than 68!

We are currently experiencing ongoing issues with the Middle East Clubs servers. When attempting to find online matches (such as League or Playoffs), no opponents are found.
As Middle Eastern players and club managers, we have coordinated multiple search attempts at the same time; however, the issue persists, and no matches are being found.
Due to this problem, we are forced to play on EU West servers instead. Kindly note that this issue has been ongoing for over a month without resolution.
We would appreciate your urgent support in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
