Hi everyone, I have a problem with my server region in EA SPORTS FC 26. It changed automatically from Middle East to Eastern Europe without any action from my side. I'm playing on PS4 and the ping is very high now. I already contacted EA Help via email and Twitter but no response yet after 12+ hours. Has anyone experienced this issue before? How can I fix it? Recently, many players in the Middle East region are experiencing higher ping and unstable connections during online matches. Normally, the ping is around 20–40 ms, but recently it has increased significantly and gameplay feels delayed. There have also been regional events affecting network infrastructure in countries like the UAE and Bahrain, and we are not sure if this is impacting the EA servers or routing to them. Could you please check the status of the Middle East servers and confirm if there are any ongoing issues or routing problems affecting players in this region? I have been having the seem issue im facing players from Europe if though i live in jordan and my ping is 70 plus i used to have 28

I’ve been struggling with matchmaking in FC 26, and it’s been getting worse since the recent updates. From Egypt, I consistently get thrown into lobbies with either Middle East players who have 5–10 ms ping while I sit at 45–55 ms, or South European opponents who also have around 10 ms while I’m still stuck at 50 ms. This creates a huge, unfair advantage in gameplay. My routing seems unstable, and instead of connecting me to the closest or most balanced server, the game keeps matching me across regions with completely different latency levels. The result is delayed responsiveness, heavy gameplay, and an overall inconsistent experience. I’ve tested my connection multiple times and the issue is clearly related to how FC 26 handles matchmaking and regional servers for players in Egypt. I really hope EA can address this and improve server selection and routing for our region.

Same in Jordan we will leave the game we can't play with this ping

Did you guys did something with servers to save money? Please stop making this game now, was playing at 36-42 ping last week, this week what magic you guys have done to make it above 78 ping

in ultimate team when i search it's always marching me with someone in Europe server although i'm in middle east Saudi Arabia. how to fix it ?? the ping above 100 now and it was 18

Hello EA,

I am a player living in Jordan, yet I am consistently connected to European servers in EA Sports FC 26. This results in extremely high ping and severe delay, making the game almost impossible to enjoy or play competitively. I request that you immediately route me to the Middle East servers, as I should be connected to the closest regional server.

Hello. My ping has increased sevenfold over the past week. The issue is happening on PC and PlayStation 5. My ISP would like to help, but they don't know what to do. They've asked for a traceroute to the game server.
Where can I find the Ultimate Team game server address, and what other information can I provide to my ISP?

exactly the same problem this happend in january ping normal 12ms lan connection randomly every 10 seconds spikes up to unkown causing massive stutter for 2 seconds
i have stable 144fps 20%gpu 20%CPU offline not a single lag its unplayable online !!!

you guys know very well a HUGE amount of FC26 players are located in the middle east and ever this since conflict started the Middle east players also started to get 50 ping which was Kind of acceptable but right now we are facing a huge issue im located in jordan middle east and i used to play on 20-24 ping now we areon 70-80 which is literally unplayble and if you take a look at the middle east community they are all complaining and you guys are slowly losing players
make a fix for this

Last week and a few days ago i was receiving a stable ms like 30 ms last week maybe it was before this last minor update. When review my previous matches on connection history, my connection point was always 90+

But this week my ping is so wavy, it is not stable at all.

These are the games i've played on 12th April as you see my connection score was above 90 always. I had no problem in the game.

But nowadays despite i still use the same internet and there is no internet speed problem (i've tested) i got these connection points less than 90 and even worse than normal points.

To troubleshoot, i've also contacted my ISS side (my internet provider) if it is a routetrace problem but they said that it is server problem of EA because they are based in distanced place.

What can be the issue?
