I want to report a problem that I have already reported multiple times, but unfortunately I have not received any proper response or solution.
The issue is the high ping I constantly experience, which reaches 54–60 ms because I have been transferred to European servers instead of Middle East servers, which are the closest and most suitable servers for me since I live in Jordan.
This situation is completely unfair. I am forced to play on 56–60 ping, while my opponents in Europe play on 12–16 ping with much smoother gameplay and a clear advantage in matches.
I have been complaining about this issue since the middle of March, and until now there has been no real solution provided — only false dates and promises regarding fixing the Middle East servers.
Please review my case as soon as possible and solve this problem because it is seriously affecting my gameplay experience
Hi im also facing the same problem but last month I was getting 100 ping on pro clubs and was playing on southern eu servers even tho im a middle east player which i dont mind but 4 days ago i started facing 200 ping randomly in games
