Server trouble
During this weekend’s Champions in EA FC 26 Ultimate Team, I was disconnected from multiple matches because the EA servers went down. These disconnects were caused by server issues, not by my internet connection or anything on my end. Despite this, the matches were counted as losses. Since Champions only gives 15 matches per weekend, this affected my rank and rewards. The AI on EA help was useless in helping with anything in this regard. Who can i contact to fix the issue?

If there are server issues, then the team will communicate this to all users.
Not seeing any issues over the weekend so it would appear that you are having issues with connection.
With that in mind, it's worth taking a look at the connection troubleshooting steps here
It'll take a little time to go through but once done should hopefully improve your connection.
