Server went down I got relegated

I was playing fc26, first game losing 1-0 in a relegation game and all of a sudden server issues. After 10 minutes of trying to get back on it allowed me to. Upon checking it advised I lost and I got relegated (this was a server issue) I then got into another game winning 1-0 to get promoted in rivals and then again same thing happens. Can EA assist as I have great internet and still having issues with the server after 1 hour. I should be compensated for this as it resulted in 2 losses. Please assist someone!
