I do not recommend unlinking your platform account. That is not a good resolution for disconnecting in the middle of matches and runs the ricks of losing all content and progress for your EA games.

Same goes for Xbox, however if you are PC then I'm not sure how to help you further.

It could be a bug if it's not a general maintenance going on.

Just disconnect your Ea account from your playstation (If that's the platform you are using) then reconnect it.

To do that you would have to on Ea.com

Then account management

Then connected accounts (There you will be able to disconnect your PS)

Then go to your playstation sign back in to your Ea account when you turn the game on. That should fix your server issue 30% of the time.

Hi there. The servers are currently up. Take a look at the connection troubleshooting steps here. It's possible you just need to power cycle your network equipment and restart your console/PC. If that doesn't help, let me know which platform you're on and we can continue troubleshooting this.
