Severe Input Delay and High Latency on EA FC 26 Online Matches

I am experiencing severe input delay and latency issues when playing online modes in EA FC 26 on PC. My local ping is very low (1-3 ms) and I have tested my connection with ping showing 0 percent packet loss. However, when I run a traceroute to EA servers I notice that latency rises gradually up to about 50 ms and in the final hops it suddenly spikes to around 136 ms. Offline matches run perfectly smooth with no delay so the issue only occurs in online modes. During gameplay there is a constant 2-3 second input delay and the audio such as the ball kick sound always plays earlier than the visual animation. For the first 3-4 days after I installed the game everything was working normally but then this problem started without me changing anything on my PC or internet connection. This strongly suggests a routing or server-related issue not a problem with my setup. Could you please check if there are any known problems with the European servers or if my account or connection is being routed incorrectly.
