Can you try what I suggested in my previous post saruballe.

If you have a mobile with data you can use your phone as a hotspot and monile data to test and see if you have issues there.

  Hey, I have tried all the EA troubleshooting steps and yes when I use hotspot my ping is lower around 40ms, however it’s not an issue on my ISP side as I’ve reached out to them also.

    Hey saruballe that you saw an improvement when using your mobile data and a hotspot points to the issue being with your ISP.
