Severe latency degradation in Romania after July 29th maintenance

We suspect that something may have changed recently with the network routing between Digi and EA's data centers, or with the way EA selects data centers for Romanian players. We don't know whether the issue is on EA's side, Digi's side, or somewhere in between, but something has clearly changed.

Could you please investigate whether there have been any recent routing or matchmaking changes affecting Romanian players? Any information or update would be greatly appreciated.
