Shadow option doesnt work properly in online seasons mode

as the title said i enter into matchs where there is shadows in the stadium regardless of the option being turned off only the players shadows are turned off but the stadiums shadow still present the issue been there since game release and no patch fixed it ? anyway the technical or bugs team can check this issue
