Playing in a virtual environment, virtual PC or VM is not supported. I understand platforms like Luna etc. may technically be VMs but individual user VMs are not supported. Thanks.
I just wonder what's the problem with the virtual machines. cheaters? so why when your anticheat is so capable of detecting it is running on VM, why it just don't tell the online server this and the user won't be allowed to play online by server. it's that easy.

I spent 50 euro to buy this game, so there isn't any chance you'll force me or trick me into the microtransactions anyway.
you would get so much more players if your stupid policy to block VM people from playing on their HTPCs. But ok... I don't care. I hope my son gets bored by playing via steam link or you block it too. and then I'm done with this cash grab piece of...work...
