Sign error on ps5

I can’t sign into ea servers via ps5 keep getting this error. “In order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to PlayStation Network and you must be signed in to the EA servers. See ea.com/unable-to-connect” my network is just fine and I don’t any punishment for my account
