Slow loading in menus for UT (PS5)

Moving between menus 50% of the time takes a good few minutes to load. seems like its when it has to download info from the server but game play is perfect.  When i play rush looking thru my players sometimes the game starts before my players even load up. Anyone elts having these problems? Please help
