Slowmotion gameplay fc 26 pc

I have had a problem in ultimate team and in career mode where the game is running in slow motion. Don’t know if it’s my pc or a bug in the game. Obviously I checked for all updates and turned down graphics and all of that but it hasn’t helped. Anyone have any fixes?
