Technical Bug in Rush Mode – FC 26 (PS4)

Dear EA/FC 26 Support Team,

As you can see in the screenshot below, I've unlocked 10 Archetypes and the "Collect Them All" trophy still hasn't popped for me. The reason is that I already got it on the PS5 version of FC 26, but when I switched back to the PS4 version, I can't get it to unlock no matter how many times I try to re-open the feature — and that's basically what's causing this bug on your end.

I'm really hoping y'all can work with us on this and get it fixed, because this isn't just happening to me — it's a widespread issue and a ton of players are dealing with it across all platforms, especially on Xbox and PlayStation.
