something went wrong CE-118571-3
For some reason my FC26 isn’t letting play any game modes on my ps5 it say “something went wrong CE-118571-3” I’ve searched up what to do and nothing helped it. How can I fix this? All my other games...

Community ManagerI'm not finding a lot of info on that particular error code. Let's try some troubleshooting:
- Unplug your modem/router
- Hold down the power button on your console until it turns off
- Plug in your modem/router and restart your console
If the problem continues after those steps, try the following: Boot in Safe Mode, Rebuild Database
The last resort is to delete the game and redownload/reinstall it (your save info is stored separately and should be fine).
If required, you can make contact with an EA Help Advisor to check that things are okay on the EA side and that your account is good to go.
