SP Premium Rewards did not add SP Points

i'm experiencing an issue with your EA FC Season Rewards, specifically with the Level 3 Premium Reward where I should receive 3,000 SP Points, and even after progressing through the next levels, my total SP points did not increase.

note that ive managed to claim the rewards up to level  6 but my sp stays the same.
