Sparkle constant glitter

My son’s ps5 on fifa26 has suddenly started this sparkle glitter effect. It’s only started since having fc26 it never did it on fc25. 

it has been getting progressively worse for weeks now and it’s at the point you can’t actualy play the game as it’s unbearable on your eyes. 

so far we have tried rebuilding the data base, clearing the cache saved data etc. new hdmi cable, different ports on the tv. We have tried every software and settings suggest solution on the tv, ps5 and the fc26 settings but nothing fixes it. The last resort was factory reset the game but still exactly the same. It’s also doing it at his mums house on his other tv so it has to be something game wise as all other games are fine. At a loss please help.
