When I try to click on fc points on the app it says this error: “there was an issue when attempting to authenticate with the playstation store” when I go on console, go to the store and try to click on one of the fc points options I get: “there has been an error with the fc store checkout” how do I get my points? I’m on ps5. Please help.
Both Errors are exactly the same. It happens in the EA Companion App and also when i try tp buy the points in Game on the console. It worked fine and then out of nowhere, around two weeks ago it stopped working. After it stopped working and both Errors accured I tried buying fc points directly from the ps store but if you do that, the points will never show up in game
No my store is still broken, what happens when you click on one of the FC points options? Do you get the same error as me? Also was yours working before and stopped working as well?
