Missing Content

Hello,

I have exactly the same problem as the author of this post in the EA forum.

I am missing players even though I have unlocked all of them in the respective season.

How can it be that this has not yet been fixed? After all, we paid for this content (Premium Pass) and invested time to reach level 19 in order to unlock all icons/heroes.
