Squad Battles crashing

Every single time I start a squad battle, as the lineups are about to be shown, the game crashes. I am playing on an Xbox Series X and everything was working perfectly fine an hour or two ago, now I can’t play squad battles at all. 

Quite annoying and disgusting to be honest as I’m loosing out on important points and objectives. There seems to be no fix as I have restarted the console, reinstalled the game and tried almost everything including refreshing the teams/opponents. I’ve already lost 4 squad battles because I couldn’t play. Not fair. Absolutely disgusting game performance.

    Let me also add, I can’t play any Ultimate Team mode as it crashes all the time now.

    Is someone going to respond? Are we going to fix this problem? Why have I paid money to buy a game which I can’t play at all, it has now been over 24 hours and the problem is not resolved. Absolutely disgusting from EA, goes to show their lack of customer service and unacceptable accessibility to the game. Why are we releasing a game that is incomplete, if the game is in fact complete, why are there no steps taken to fix this problem?

    I simply demand compensation for this disgusting and **bleep**show of a service. I do not care how I am compensated however I demand compensation. Fix this issue ASAP.

    In case any of the EA staff bother to read this and fix anything, here you go: 

    Platform - Xbox Series X

    Gamertag - tansxna

    Timestamp incl. Timezone - Chicago, IL

    Clips/Screenshots - none, the game just quits and does not load, takes me back to Xbox dashboard.

    Game Area/Feature/Mode - every single ultimate team mode

    Summary of issue (Exact Error messages) - no error message, game just doesn’t start (squad battles or rivals or any other mode)

    Potential Repro steps - tried everything nothing worked
