Squad Battles Match Disconnected
While I was leading 2-0 in a Squad Battles match, the message "You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC's online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more." appeared on my screen.
Despite my PlayStation being connected to the internet via an ethernet cable and my internet connection was fine, I lost the match 0-3 and received 0 points because of your terrible servers. I can provide video clip of it.
Because of this issue, I won’t be able to finish in Elite 1 this week. I request that my match be compensated like you do in Offline Drafts.
