Still missing fc points hours after purchase

I brought 2800fc points earlier today and 6 hours later they’re still not here is anyone else having the same problem .

Hi everyone I bought FC points before four days at the first fay of toty  but I didn’t get this points. I contact with EA support and I contact with Sony support no one help me to get back my FC points. Anyone happens with you?

Hey a51d6e0207136005​ what did our live support team advise when you spoke with them? Did they request proof of purchase or anything else?
