Still missing fc points hours after purchase

Same here. Contactes them for like 10 times already. They keep saying it’s a latency issue and it will resolve in 24 hours

I purchased fc points on the 16th of January 2026 at 6:29 pm British time and they never got into my account. I’ve been talking to the support chat and they’re useless they kept telling me to wait and wait but purchasing fc points should be instant not over 48 hours wait

It’s been almost a week since I purchased some FC Points for EA FC26 through the PlayStation Store. Even after 5 or 6 days, the points still haven’t been added to my account. What can I do to resolve this?

No still havent recieved them and ive contacted EA and theyve denied wrong doing absolutely disgusting

Its now been 90 hours and theyve still not been received and ive contacted EA and they are refusing and wrong doing

I also haven’t recieved my FC points since the 16th January also! Scammed!!!
