Stuck at the match end screen when the opponent forfeits

Do you get a loss, a win, or a null when the match ends with this error? In certain circumstances, a match can be nullified. We appreciate your patience when this happens, and you have to play the match again.
If you are completely stuck at that screen and the game becomes unresponsive, I'd recommend you follow the troubleshooting steps in this guide, including reinstalling the game.
