Stuck in splashscreen

Everytime I close fc 26 after opening it, I get stuck in splashscreen and have to restart my pc. I also have tried to reinstall fc 26, repair files and reinstall anticheat and update graphic card. Still no solution. I also have insane stutters when I am playing, and the sound disappears every other 5 ingame minutes and comes back after a few seconds. My temp looks good and my memory is good. I have tried everything to sort it out without a solution and on top of this my settings gets reset everytime which is so **bleep**ing annoying. I also have problems with purchasing fc 26 points on steam as it says the store has an error come back later :)
