Market access

I'm playing FC 26 on PS5. This is the only Ultimate Team account used on my console. I've played over 30 completed Rivals matches across multiple days and logged into the Companion App. My Playtime is enabled. The Companion/Web App still says my account has not earned Transfer Market access. EA?

How many active days? On website it's clearly says 2 active days ( only if it's the only UT account on that console
