Subject: Concerns Regarding Account Luck, Progression, and Lost Legacy Accounts
Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing to express my deep frustration with several ongoing issues I have been experiencing in FC Mobile, which are significantly impacting my enjoyment of the game. My in-game username is namidonam.
I have been a loyal player of this game since 2017. Despite this long-term commitment, I feel that my account has been consistently met with misfortune, especially recently.
Firstly, following the recent Team of the Week (TOTW) event, I have noticed a severe and consistent decline in my "pack luck." I open numerous packs but receive players of very low overall ratings, making it impossible to compete with squads that have players with 106+ OVR ratings. This feels unfair and seems like more than just bad RNG (Random Number Generator). It creates a significant barrier to progression.
Secondly, the rapid inflation of player overall ratings is making the game unsustainable for long-time players like myself. We started with the first 106 OVR players, and now the game is introducing players up to 115 OVR. This pace is too fast and creates a massive gap between paying players and dedicated free-to-play players. It feels like we are being left behind permanently, no matter how much time we invest.
Finally, and most disappointingly, I have experienced a major issue twice in the past. During two separate major game updates (presumably the seasonal resets), my previous legacy accounts were lost. I lost all my progress, my hard-earned players, and my entire collection. As a veteran who spent years building those teams, this was devastating. To my great disappointment, I received no compensation or any form of acknowledgment for the loss of these accounts and my dedication.
I feel that my loyalty as a player since 2017 has not been valued. The combination of poor pack luck, an unsustainable power curve, and the complete loss of my past progress has left me very disheartened.
I kindly request you to:
1. Investigate the pack luck on my account (namidonam).
2. Consider the feedback regarding the overwhelming pace of OVR inflation.
3. At the very least, provide some form of compensation or recognition for my lost legacy accounts and my years of loyalty.
