My account appeal has been pending for a long time without any response. After receiving a red notice (account suspension), I later received a yellow notice (temporary restriction). The yellow notice restriction has been lifted, but the red notice suspension is still in effect. Now, when I try to contact EA support, the page keeps crashing, and the system says "This issue isn't supported by advisors." I need help resolving the remaining account suspension.
