Community ManagerIf you had to refund the game Cactus234567 due to purchasing it on the wrong account and reorder then I'm sorry to say but there would be nothing that we could do to change this or grant any time limited rewards.

🤨 Surely there is a way. My kids used their own money to buy this new game, it’s not their fault that I don’t have a clue! And have an account for no apparent reason.
