Tele Camera keeps rotating during matches - issue persists for years

Hello. I would like to report a long‑standing camera issue that affects the Tele camera view.

When I play using the Tele camera, the camera sometimes starts rotating instead of moving only horizontally. It can suddenly tilt or turn away from the pitch, even pointing away from the goal. This does not happen in every match, but it occurs often enough to make the game extremely uncomfortable and sometimes unplayable.

Restarting the match or the game occasionally helps, but not always.

I first noticed this problem back in FC 22 on PC, and the same issue still exists in the last three versions on PlayStation as well. Because this bug has been present for several years, I would like to know whether it is planned to be fixed at all.

To be honest, I don’t think I will spend money on future versions of the game if this defect remains unresolved.

I have also attached a video where you can clearly see the issue: when my player approaches the penalty area, the camera suddenly rotates clockwise by several degrees.
