the game does not run smoothly

Since the game's release, which is September 18th at 3:30 PM, the game hasn't been running smoothly. I haven't touched any settings in FC 25, not even in the game, in the system, or in Nvidia. I just bought it and played. And this one is unplayable. The game runs in slow motion, sometimes there are micro-cuts, and it's difficult to switch between players. My hardware is an Intel Core i5 13600k and an Nvidia RTX 4070, so it's definitely good. Please help, and let me know if other users with similar hardware are experiencing the same problem.
