EA Account Servers Unavailable

I can’t log into my ultimate team account. The first time i tried to log in, i got as far picking league and nationality for my team. Then i got kicked out. And all i got was a message that said that the servers are down. 

i tried using the web app.. and it still didn’t work. I’ve also tried deleting the app and downloading it again. I’ve tried clearing cache but nothing. What do i have to do to get access to the web app and the Companion app?
