THE GAME IS KICKING ME OUT IN CHAMPS AND RIVALS!!

What is happening is unacceptable, the game is crashing after the update. I played like 4 games IN Fut champs and 4 games in rivals and i was winning on 6 of them but they kick me out of the game saying my match is under review and it doesn't count either it's win or loss?? We paid for the game and pre ordered it and we can't play ??? FIX YOUR GAME and WE NEED TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THAT
