The goalkeeper does not move when I press the R3 button.

Everything was fine before, but this started happening a day ago. He just stopped moving and does not respond when I press the button during the game. He moves during corners and free kicks, but he does not respond to my attacks. I tried resetting the control settings and deleting the game, but it's still the same.  Playing on PS5, please help
