The keyboard stops responding mid-game on PC

My keyboard stops responding mid-game, usually at the start of the second half, only against other players. It never happens when I play squad battles.
Once the match is over, it comes back to life as if nothing happened.

One time, it stopped responding after a goal in Rush mode, so for 3 mins I had to sit there and watch my teammates play 3 v 4.
This is so frustrating.

Not being able to play against other players means there is no reason for me to keep playing at all.

I wish I could get a refund.
