The worst support team ever

I was playing champions and I played against a cheater after I scored on him and was winning he paused the game then he made disconnected me from UT
I closed the game then when I opened it again it made a 1mb update and when it opened my save was gone
everything I did is now gone and when I try to open a ticket for the support I can't contact a real human an there is no button for live chat or even to make a ticket 
there is just that stupid AI that thinks my problem is connectivity issue and it never helps
I want someone to help me get back my save or get a refund from this stupid game that has cheaters and hackers more than normal players
