I have done that. Here's the connection report for ISPs in the region. All poor including starlink

In cases like this, the first thing to do is rule out network or ISP issues.
To do so, can you take a look at our connection troubleshooting steps here
It'll take you a little time, but once done it should improve your connection.
And if not, let us know and we will take it from there and help you as best we can.
