There's no numpad on the keyboard.

Hello, I don't have a numeric keypad on my keyboard, or numpad if that makes sense to you. I tried setting the keys to numbers, but when I'm playing Ultimate Team and going into player development, I can switch to each development stage using the numpad, but it doesn't work. Could you please tell me how to solve this problem?
