There's one item on the transfer list, but I can't get it

Is this a player you made a bid for? Or a player you are selling and are trying to claim the coins for?

I had the same issue after todays downtime, where I made a bid on a player before the downtime and now I can't claim the player I won the bid for on the transfer market and I lost my coins.
