Time Wrap Cosmetic Evolution Technical Issue

On 6th of January 2026, I have purchased the Time Wrap Evolution Card for 35,000 in-game coins and applied it on Claudia Pina Player of the Month (POTM) card. However, the cosemtic didnt get applied and I lost the coins.

I tried speaking to 4 different advisors on EA help chat, and none of them were able to help me fix my issue and I was asked to post this here
