Transfer FC points from 25 to 26

Hi, 

My son has launched FC 26 and has accepted the prompt to transfer his FC points from 25 to 26. 

He's then entered an FC points gift card on the Xbox store.  The card has been redeemed but it appears to have added the points to FC 25 and not 26. 

Is there a way to trigger the transfer again ?  I've gone through the settings but can't see anything. 

Is it possible to transfer again?

Appreciate any help anyone can give. 

And in the future.  We know to not use the Xbox store but to actually redeem the gift card in-game.
